Aebleskiver
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 T. sugar
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
To Begin:
Pre-heat medium cast iron pan on medium heat
Preparation:
Separate eggs
Whites in a small bowl, yolks in a larger bowl
Beat egg yolks and sugar together
Stir in the milk
Add dry ingredients and stir
Add melted butter
Beat egg whites stiffly and then fold in gently
Baking:
Pour batter into pitcher
Cook the aebleskivers
