1/2 cup Quinoa Flour

1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes

2 Tbl Honey

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs

2 ripe banannas

 

 

 

Quinoa Muffins

 

First, the oven...

Heat to 400 Degrees

Mix up In a large bowl

Quinoa Flour

Quinoa Flakes

Honey

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

Salt

Eggs

Sliced bananas

Prepare

Grease the muffin tin

Fill the cups

Bake

For about 10 - 12 minutes til starting to turn brown

Use spatula to remove to cooling rack
