2 bunches of fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp lemon juice
some fresh or minced garlic

Honeys Pesto

To Begin:
Ride your bicycle to the Milwaukie farmers market to get two bunches of basil

Preparation:
Clean and use just the leaves of 4 cups fresh basil

Toast 1/3 cup pine nuts in skillet over low heat

Combine those three ingredients in a food processor
Blend into a past

Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add 1 tsp kosher salt
Add 1 tsp lemon juice
Add some garlic, depending on your taste
Blend until smooth

Storing:
Put into small containers and freeze..
